We think you'll find our pricing to be easy to understand & very competitive.

Nightly Rates: Weeknights $130, weekend nights $160. Please contact us for a quote. Separate rates for major holidays. Big discounts for extended stays and off-season.

Other Fees: We charge a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee on all reservations. (The cabin is professionaly cleaned before your arrival for maximum comfort.) In addition, there is a 10% South Lake Tahoe rental tax, which the city requires.

Payment: Credit cards via PayPal preferred, personal checks accepted.

Cancelation policy: A full refund with 14-day notice. If less than 14-day notice provided, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

No smoking. Sorry, no pets.
