It is only 1 mile from the Lake and only 3 miles from Heavenly Valley ski resort and all casinos! Many sledding and snow play areas are only short drive away. Other nearby attractions include: Emerald Bay, Vikingsholm Castle, The Shops at Heavenly Village, Zephyr Cove, and so much more. We recommend checking out the boating and cruising tours -- these are the best way to experience the Lake.

In addition, there are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. There are great paved and unpaved biking and walking trails that start a mere two blocks away. In the spring and summer there is a large grass meadow for picnics and recreation only footsteps from the front door.
